business experience in communications. He
has developed expertise in areas including
sales, customer service, team building,
organizational development, leadership, and
project management. He has worked with
clients in fields including Communications,
Education, Health Care, Hospitality and
Manufacturing. He has held leadership
positions in both managerial and labor union
organizations. He combines his unique blend
of life and business experience to work with
individuals, companies, non-profits and
schools, and is committed to their
development and success.
He is a proven leader who has developed and
led organizations with US wide scope. He has
a track record for helping to achieve
results in the areas of customer
satisfaction, sales and process improvement.
He has a passion for developing people and
is committed to Caribbean causes and
institutions. Iain is passionate about
helping people develop the life of their
dreams, one with balance, meaningful work,
strong relationships, vibrant health, and
time to play. As a certified professional
life and business coach, he will help you

Iain holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a
Masters’ in Project Management. He is a
graduate of the Center for Creative
Leadership and is a Certified Professional
Coach (CPC). He is a member of the
International Coach Federation and the
Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce.
Marcelline
Chitolie
Management Consultant
Marcelline has had nearly 30 years of
extensive experience in human resource
development, administration, capacity
building, business management and staff
training in both the public and private
sector. She has a wealth of experience in
the field of institutional development and
played a critical role in designing and
developing the institutional structure of
the OECS Secretariat. As a Management
Consultant she has prepared business plans,
offered staff training and business advice
to a variety of companies in St. Lucia.
She is proficient in international protocol
and business etiquette.
She is also a business owner having created
the first Natural Health Shop in St. Lucia
(1990) and now has two branches. Her
interest in health has also created a
passion for combining her love of people
development with a holistic approach to
their health and well being.
Marcelline holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Management Studies from the
University of the West Indies and a Master
of Business Administration from the
University Of Leicester, United Kingdom.
She is also an associate member of the
Association of Image Consultants
International.
Barbara King
Certified Professional Facilitator
Barbara King is an educator and Certified
Professional Facilitator, who for the last
thirty years has been involved at all levels
of the education process. Currently she
utilizes facilitation and experiential
learning techniques in training as the most
effective
tools for long term retention and
personal/individual change. Her
work spans both NGO/non-profit and corporate
sectors.
Barbara’s core techniques are based on a
strong belief in the abilities and
intentions of the client – Each individual
is a Change Agent, having impact upon the
task and the environment.
Barbara was trained as a teacher in England,
and has taught in the U.K., Barbados,
Jamaica and Trinidad. She became a Certified
Professional Facilitator in 2004, and
completed formal training as a Mediator in
2006.
Barbara can be heard on several radio
programs, and is a frequent contributor to
newspapers and magazines across a wide
spectrum.
Cheryl
McKenzie-Cook
Educator
Cheryl McKenzie-Cook,
B.A.; Dip. Ed.; EQ Practitioner, Trainer,
and EQ Coach, is a facilitator with a
background of over twenty years of classroom
teaching experience.
She was trained by the
Yale University Child Study Centre as a
facilitator of school change and has spent
the last decade working in this area.
For the past nine years,
she has coordinated the PLUS Programme,
which trains and supports teachers in
becoming more child-centred and humane.
Recently, she has become
a Certified Associate of the Six Seconds
organisation, one of the leading providers
in the world of training in emotional
intelligence.
She has also received
training from Yale University, Dept. of
Psychiatry, as a facilitator in the area of
work and family stress.
Ms. McKenzie-Cook is also
a parent trainer. She has conducted many
parenting workshops for school PTA’s as well
as for National Family Services. In
addition, she has recently been working all
over Trinidad on the How Do We Want To Raise
Our Children campaign, which seeks to engage
parents in conversation about what needs to
be done as a nation to improve things for
children.
Ms. McKenzie-Cook is a
teacher and leader of Re-evaluation
Counselling.
As a facilitator, her
preferred style is participatory and highly
